Deliver Me Fit is a customized workout that addresses the special needs of pregnant and post-natal women.
Whether you want to stay fit during your pregnancy or get back in shape after pregnancy Deliver Me Fit can
help you achieve your fitness goals. Ladies start Deliver Me Fit as early as 7 weeks pregnant and can stay
in the classes until over 1 year postnatal.
Sessions will include cardiovascular
fitness, strength training and mind-body
flexibility using a variety of exercise
formats

All sessions are led by a personal trainer
who specializes in pre- and post-natal
fitness!

Physician clearance is required before starting this program. Pre-crawling babies are always welcome in their carrier or stroller.
