Erica does a great job of encouraging and motivating me through each workout. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to pre and post natal fitness and has taught me a lot. Not only does Erica provide a positive fitness experience, but the class also allows for an open dialogue among all of the women to discuss our pregnancies and what each of us is experiencing. I would highly recommend this class to woman and I plan to continue throughout my pregnancy.

Your openness and positive attitude make it a lot easier to talk and ask questions about things I might not normally ask. I hope that I am able to take this class throughout my pregnancy and post-natal as well. I think it has made me feel light years better about myself, health wise and mentally too.

I would recommend the class to a friend since I have learned so much. I was not aware I was able to do many of the same exercises I had done prior to becoming pregnant and I feel safe exercising outside of class as well. OB's do not cover the specifics of exercise in my prenatal appointments.
